Thom Lindenberg
President and Founder, EHRF
Thom Lindenberg offers a strategic, broad-based understanding of business leadership gleaned from more than 20 years of service to Fortune 1000, Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 Best Small Companies in global markets. His expertise in operations, administration, sales, marketing, finance, and human capital management makes him one of today's leading authorities in the design and implementation of executive and organizational effectiveness programs.
Among his many accomplishments, Thom has crafted business growth strategies that have significantly raised customer revenues and reduced debt. His employee recruitment and retention programs have stabilized client workforces despite market challenges. His operations strategies have increased clients' profitability, and his recommended workflow changes have appreciably lowered production downtime.
Thom is President and Founder of the Executive Human Resource Forum (EHRF), a "think tank" organization established in Memphis that provides comprehensive strategic and tactical advice and information and tools to senior leadership professionals. The forum's members represent biotech, medical, public service, and professional service organizations and hold key roles in solving leadership and business issues within their organizations.
In addition, his work with large scale training and organizational interventions in Fortune 1000 broad based industries generated recognition for his expertise in the design of management and executive enhancement programs.
Thom holds an MA and BS from Ball State University, Muncie, IN and has completed postgraduate work in Business Administration at Indiana University School of Business. He is a certified mediator in the state of Massachusetts and is an expert in Business Communications and Conflict Resolution; he is a seasoned negotiator on behalf of management in union environments.
